Apart from that, Dr Goel has also introduced Stereo Retinal Photography & Angiography in India in the year 2005. Dr Goel initiated the use of PFCL in North India in Retinal Surgery in the year 1992. He has performed over 20,000 eye surgeries and has been invited as faculty in many conferences.
