Dr Vikas Thukral did MBBS from Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak in 1998. Then he did MS in Ophthalmology from Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak in 2001. Later he went on to do Fellowship from Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai in the year 2003.
