Dr Ramanjit is heading the Glaucoma research facility and clinical services, Dr RP Centre for Ophthalmic Sciences, AIIMS, New Delhi. She completed her MD-Ophthalmology (1982) and FRCS from Edinburgh (1984). She is the recipient of the World Glaucoma Association ‘Research Recognition Award’ (2011). She expertises in the treatment of Glaucoma. She has also won an infinite number of national and international level awards for her contribution to Glaucoma as a researcher.
