Treadmill vs.Road Running: Which is Better ?

When people need to lose weight they resort to measures to lose it as soon as possible. A trend that is fast catching up around the world is that young boys and girls are resorting to crash diets. These crash diets are usually a way in which a person abstains completely from food or has very little of it. That makes him, or her lose weight faster.
However, that is not a desirable way of losing weight! To lose calories, a person must go in for cardio exercises. But in many cases, it has been observed that people do not have the time or the energy to go to the road and start running. What they do is –Fall back on the treadmill.
Advantages of Treadmill Sessions:
1: A person does not have to get dressed for the running session;
2: Extreme weather does not play spoilsport;
3: There is always a sense of continuity;
4: There is no loss of energy in going to a particular road, Place or Park.
Running on the road has a few positives which come in extremely handy. For example, if you go for a run in the morning-Apart from the calorie loss you also get to inhale fresh oxygen which is very beneficial for health. Also, natural conditions outside bring in more positivity as compared to doing a treadmill at home or the Gym.
For those seeking convenience, using the treadmill is the best possible option. For those who are prepared to go that extra mile for the run-Road running is the best choice. However, finding conditions which are appropriate to both may be a little difficult. There is no reason why a person cannot try to get the best of both worlds to see weight loss. Running on the road coupled with treadmill during inclement weather may be a good option.
